Q. Do I need to have a credit card to make a reservation?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards at the time of reservation. However, we also accept other forms of payment on the day of your trip.

Q.Could I have a corporate charge account with Ontario Diamond Limo?

Yes, we are happy to work with corporate accounts and open personal accounts for repeat clients.

Q. Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

Our driver will meet and greet you at the baggage claim or directly outside customs for international flights unless instructed otherwise.

Q. What should I do about tipping?

An automatic 18% gratuity is already added onto your bill for convenience. Our chauffeurs do appreciate additional tipping for extraordinary service!

Q. Can I request a certain driver?

If that driver is available for the specified reservation, yes.

Q. Is it more expensive to get picked up at the airport?

It is more expensive than a taxi because of Homeland Security regulations regarding parked cars. However, it’s also a lot less worrisome.

Q. If my flight number happens to change should I let you know?

Yes, we track flights while you’re airborne and need to know any cancellations, delays or flight changes. If your flight was cancelled and you don’t tell us, you will be charged.

Q. Is there a minimum hour requirement?

Minimums for hourly service vary between 3-6 hours depending on the vehicle, service area, time and date. Call us to determine what the minimum hour requirement is for your reservation.

Q. When will I be expected to pay for your service?

Q. Can I be absolutely assured that my chauffeur will be well qualified?

All Ontario Diamond Limo chauffeurs undergo background checks, drug screening and are certified by the California DMV as well as receiving extensive in-house training.

Q. Can I make a special request?

Think of us as your personal concierge. The earlier your requests are delivered to the office, the more we can do for you!

Q. Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?

Smoking is not allowed and there will be a cleaning fee for smoking in our vehicles. Just let our driver know to pull over if you’d like to smoke.

Q. How can I be sure that the car I get will be clean and functional?

We offer a Diamond “Spotless Guarantee” on all our vehicles. We won’t send you out in an old vehicle and we meticulously clean and sterilize our limos before and after each ride.

Q. Do I have to pay for parking fees or other incidental fees?

Yes, you are responsible for any additional tolls, incidentals or parking fees incurred during your ride.

We are happy fulfill travel requests anywhere in Southern California or beyond! Many clients regularly use our car service for weekend Las Vegas trips. With offices all over the Los Angeles metro area, we’re ready to serve you anywhere!

Q. Does my time start at the pick up time?

Your time starts from the time we pick you up and ends when we drop you off, unless it is outside our service area. We’ll tell you this when you a make reservation if this is the case.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

All reservations require a credit card. We will charge you card at the time of booking. You may however make payment with any major credit or debit card, cash or personal check. Upon receipt of alternative forms of payment, your credit card will be refunded the entire amount after your ride.

Q.Is there a charge for beverages?

Bottled water, glasses and soda are complimentary. Any additional drink requests, including alcoholic beverages, can be readily accommodated and will appear on your initial statement.

Q. What is the reservation cancellation policy?

Please make cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Please note for reservations requiring advanced planning like weddings, proms or multivehicle service, the deposit will not be refunded.
